Basic Cleaning

All countertops & backsplashes are wiped down and dried.

Outside of all cabinets are cleaned.

All appliances are wiped down,inside of microwaves are cleaned.

**Inside of oven and refrigerator can be cleaned at the customers request for an additional fee**

~~Bedrooms~~

All furniture is dusted and vacuumed.

All picture frames are dusted.

All knick knacks are dusted.

All baseboards and ceiling fans are dusted.

All blinds and windowsills are dusted.

Beds are made and or linens are changed.

~~Living Room~~

All furniture is vacuumed

All picture frames are dusted.

All knick knacks are dusted.

All baseboards and ceiling fans are dusted.

All blinds and windowsills are dusted.

~~Master Bathroom & Guest Bathroom's~~

Cleaning of all surfaces including:

Toilets.

Shower.

Tub.

Jacuzzi.

Shower doors.

Mirrors.

**All shower walls are wet and scrubbed down**

~~Office/Computer Room~~

All furniture is dusted & vacuumed.

All shelves and items on shelves are dusted.

All picture frames are dusted.

~~Laundry Room~~

Washer and Dryer are wiped down.

Your entire home is vacuumed and mopped.

**Please note for homes that have hardwood flooring you have the choice of having your floors damp mopped or have a wood floor cleaner used.**

Also Included with basic cleaning

All trash is emptied in each room and taken out to your trash bin.

All entrance/exit doors with windows are cleaned inside and out.

All light switch plates and receptacle covers are cleaned.

Air vents are dusted.

All carpets are edged with vacuum.

Dishes in the dishwasher will be put away at the customers request as any dishes in the sink will be hand washed or loaded into the dishwasher.

**Rates for basic cleaning begin at $50.00**

Move in/out and deep cleaning

Ceiling to baseboard cleaning of the entire home.

Removal of all trash.

Outside of all cabinets are cleaned. (Inside & Outside on move in/out cleans.)

All entrance/exit doors with windows are cleaned inside and out.

All windowsills,baseboards,ceiling fans,blinds are dusted.

All furniture is moved and vacuumed under.

All appliances are wiped cleaned.

**Inside of ovens and refrigerator can be cleaned at the customers request for an additional fee. This applies to both one time deep cleans and move in/out customers.**

~~Fee for oven cleaning $25.00~~

~~Fee for refrigerator/freezer cleaning $20.00~~

**Please note refrigerator/freezer must have all contents removed and must be defrosted prior to cleaning**

~~Fee for interior window cleaning~~

Main level $45.00

Lower level $25.00

~~Laundry service is available at no additional charge up to 2 loads per home this includes wash dry and fold~~

Rates for move in/out and one time deep cleans begin at

$130.00.

**Prices will vary depending on the square footage of your home and what services you will be needing**
