Q:Do I need to pay anything prior to cleaning?
A:No You never have to pay for anything prior to cleaning,All payments are due day of cleaning unless other arrangements have been made.
Q:Do I need to supply anything for my home to be cleaned?
A:No All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided unless there is something that you specifically want used in your home.
Q:Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
A:That decision is left up to you the customer,some customers feel more comfortable being home with someone new in their home,other customers are home then leave,most customers give me a key that I keep locked in a secure place in my office or give me the code to their garage door.
Q:How many girls will be in my home to clean?
A:There will only be myself at no other time would anyone be allowed into your home without your expressed permission first.
Q:What do I do if I have to reschedule my clean?
A:All you have to do is call and I will be more then happy to reschedule your clean to the next earliest opening that is available.
Q:What if Im not satisfied with my clean or something was missed?
A:Call me Immediately when you notice something was missed or not cleaned to your liking and I will come back out that day or the very next day to correct the problem. Do not ever hesitate to call if something is not to your liking,I want all my customers to get what they are paying for.
Q:Are the testimonials on your website actually from customers?
A:Yes all testimonials on my website are from current customers and one time cleaning customers that have given me the premission to add them to my website and give them to you as a reference. Other references are available from current customers that have not posted a testimonial.
Q:Do you have Insurance?
A:Yes I carry liability Insurance and I am bonded.
